Dance classes
Nothing beats dancing in your spare time. Besides making your body stronger and more flexible, it helps you stand up straighter and improves your fitness. And you do all this to great music in a lovely, relaxed setting.

Classical ballet
In classical ballet, you’ll work on the Vaganova technique. You’ll start at the bar, after which you’ll gradually move on to working au milieu (away from the bar). This class is suitable for advanced and very advanced dancers.

Modern dance
In our modern dance class, we start straight away from the barre. We dance to contemporary music – from pop to jazz to African music – covering a wide range of styles. We move more freely and from our core. Ideal for students who want to take up dancing.

Classical ballet
The classical dance classes are taught by Lonneke van Leth. These adult women have all been dancing for years, or used to dance and have taken it up again with us. The class is paced so that, during these 75 minutes, we cover barre work, work in the centre, jumps and, sometimes, learning a variation.
